100% organic rose oil is blended with sweet organic sugar fondant and hand piped into dark chocolate heart casings. This is a single, individual large heart with thick chocolate base to balance the decadent cream inside.

This is a fun filled day making chocolate!
You will learn to hand temper chocolate and use a tempering machine. The delegates make a range of chocolates including bars, hot chocolate, fruit filled chocolate and elegant rose creams.
Each delegate recieves a hamper of chocolate they have created at the end of the day. No experience necessary.

The evening goes for 45mins where you will learn about the processing of chocolate, the history of chocolate and wonderful tastings of chocolate throughout.
A certificate for the fridge is issued at the end!
