The finest sweet cherries on the stem are soaked in Kirsch for at least six months. 

The soaked cherries are hand dipped in organic sugar fondant, then double dipped in organic dark 64% dark chocolate.

The cherries are then stored in a cool, dry room for two weeks while the sugars and alcohol blend to create a sweet , liqueur filled cherry with a thick, crisp chocolate shell.

The chocolates are packaged in a beautiful Coco Chocolate art series box with decadence as the inspiration for the design. We call her ‘Madam Cherry’, the lady who lives life to the full, eating liqueur cherries everyday!
